Aon Underwriting Managers (AUM) is seeking a Financial Lines Underwriting Manager in London or Redhill, UK, to lead profitable growth and strategic development of our UK and European SME and mid-market Financial Lines portfolio. The role combines underwriting excellence with commercial acumen and market engagement to expand distribution, strengthen trading relationships, and deliver portfolio growth.

You will manage a small underwriting team and collaborate with carriers and brokers to launch
