Strategic Financial Controller & Growth Partner

BJF Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function, combining technical financial control with commercial insight to support growth. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you'll oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and controls while developing a high-performing team.

You'll drive governance, partner with leadership, implement process improvements and leverage Power BI and ERP systems to enhance decision making.
