Job Description

TOM People is seeking a financially astute Finance Controller for an Ireland-based, office-based role in Dublin. You will oversee financial control and provide commercial insight across a project-based business, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with operational teams.

The role demands ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 6-10 years PQE in project/construction contexts, strong project accounting, WIP, and revenue recognition, plus proven leadership of a finance team.
