Strategic Financial Controller - Multi-site Pub Group

Chilled Pubs is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead the finance function across multiple pubs and a manufacturing hub, owning the full accounting cycle and preparing for external audit.

You'll manage period-end reporting, budgeting, cashflow, payroll, VAT and statutory returns, line-managing a small accounts team, and driving process improvements in a busy, manufacturing-led hospitality group.
