Strategic Finance Partner for Growth

Eaton Syalon Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Business Partner to act as the MD's finance advisor, influencing growth and strategic direction. You will own the finance function, participate in management meetings, challenge proposals, and drive high-quality financial decision-making.

In this role you'll manage month-end, cashflow forecasting and group reporting packs, ensuring clarity and action across the business. You'll combine rigour with commercial curiosity to turn numbers into growth.
