Strategic Finance Manager - Lead, Reporting & Planning

IPS Finance is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead a small finance team and oversee day-to-day finance functions. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive financial reporting, planning and operational decision-making in a busy office environment.

You will produce monthly management accounts, manage cash flow, oversee audits and payroll, and work with senior leadership to shape budgeting and strategic initiatives. The role offers autonomy, broad remit and excellent benefits.
