Strategic Finance Director: Lead Growth, M&A & Global FP&A

XYZ Inc, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function across reporting, planning, FP&A, treasury, tax and audit.

Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with the Board on strategic capital allocation, budgeting, and M&A, while driving cash flow and multi-site governance.

Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 15+ years' experience, strong leadership, and a track record at board level.
