Strategic Finance Director - Growth & Controls Leader

Hayward Tyler is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the North American operations (Colchester, VT) and its Energy Steel subsidiary (Rochester Hills, MI). The role requires strategic partnership with the HTI President and business leadership to drive growth, governance, and financial performance in challenging industrial markets.

You will oversee financial control, reporting, budgeting, and development of commercial finance, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and contractual terms.
