Strategic Finance Controls & Governance Leader

TP ICAP Group in London is seeking a Finance Controls & Governance Senior Manager to lead risk management, controls testing and governance reporting across Finance. You will partner with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit to drive control enhancements and remediations.

You will design testing strategies, manage risk events, prepare governance packs and support finance transformation initiatives while building a strong governance culture across the organisation.
