Strategic Finance & Resources Director

St Margaret's Hospice is seeking a Director of Finance & Resources to join our Executive Team in Somerset. This senior role combines financial leadership with responsibility for estates, facilities, procurement and broader corporate resources.

You will lead financial strategy, governance and performance with P&L accountability, while providing insight to the CEO and Board. The post requires a proven, compassionate, values-led leader confident in data-driven decision-making.
