Strategic Finance & Planning Leader

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a Head of Business Planning and Performance to lead the integrated planning framework, including S&OP, budgeting and forecasting, and to act as the Finance lead for S&OP and capital expenditure.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, provide data-led insights, and ensure clear financial messaging for executives and investors while driving governance and performance across the organisation.
