Strategic Finance & Legal Transformation Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance professional to lead day-to-day legal merger activity and oversee cross-functional delivery across Finance, Tax, Group, GBS, IT and in-country HR and Operations teams in the United Kingdom.

You will manage budgets and resources, coordinate external advisers, mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
