Strategic Field Sales & Channel Growth Lead

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Suntory, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive growth across Direct-to-Store and Out-of-Home channels in Ireland. You will manage the customer pipeline, plan journeys, and deliver NSV targets.

You will mentor the sales team, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and execute brand activation plans while maintaining monthly call-files and field visits to optimise performance across DTS and OOH estates.
