Strategic Facilities Project Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to manage and deliver projects across the Basingstoke, Guildford or Southampton areas. You will develop pipelines, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure adherence to QHSE and CDM requirements, while driving profitable outcomes.

The role covers estimating, business development, tendering, and site management with regular reporting to the Head of Projects. A strong background in M&E/FM/construction and P&L is preferred.
