Strategic European Compensation Lead

U.S. Bank's Elavon division is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to design, administer and govern European compensation programmes. You'll partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to deliver market insights, benchmarking and annual processes across multiple European jurisdictions.

You will combine strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail to ensure equity, compliance and alignment with business goals, while collaborating across HR, Risk, Compliance and Legal stakeholders.
