Strategic ERP & Digital Health Leader

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to support the Innovative Medicine Global ERP Platforms and Transcend program from its High Wycombe location. The role sits within the Technology Innovative Medicine ERP Strategy team, driving cross functional initiatives and governance.

You will champion change management, enable data driven decision making, and partner with senior leaders to align IT strategy with business value across ERP landscapes such as SAP and S/4HANA.
