Strategic Enterprise CSM - Executive Advisory & Growth

Veracode seeks a strategic, customer-focused Principal Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with our largest enterprise customers. You will drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and growth, serving as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and engineering leaders.

You will mentor the Customer Success team, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support, and influence product strategy with market feedback.
