Strategic Employee Relations Leader

Nscale, a GPU cloud company for AI, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to oversee an end-to-end ER caseload, investigations, and policy compliance. You will coach leaders, de-escalate sensitive issues, and drive fair, legally sound outcomes across the organization.

You'll partner with People Partners to resolve high-sensitivity issues, develop policy, and guide program initiatives while maintaining an inclusive, high-performance culture at Nscale.
