Strategic Employee Relations Advisor

EKC Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Services team. You will lead on full ER case management, apply case law to policies, and drive risk mitigation while partnering with HR Business Partners across six sites.

You will analyse ER data to inform strategic actions for business units and communicate findings to senior management. A proactive researcher of HR law and best practices is essential for success in this role.
