Strategic EMEA & Japan Recruiter - Full-Cycle Talent Partner

6ZWPF CARLYLE INTERNATIONAL is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to drive full-life cycle recruitment across EMEA and Japan. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to design multi-layered staffing strategies, leverage ATS and AI tools, and manage offers and onboarding.

You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring inclusive language and strong hiring recs. A strong background in financial services is a plus, with emphasis on compliance and global mobility.
