Strategic Donor Engagement Leader

Norwood is seeking a Head of Donor Engagement to lead the organisation's relationship fundraising strategy across major donors, trusts, foundations, legacy giving and emerging supporter audiences. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sustainable income growth and nurture long-term donor relationships.

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and senior stakeholders, you will shape fundraising strategy, strengthen donor pipelines and ensure engagement is coordinated across the
