Strategic Director, UK Fleet Care & Uptime

Stellantis UK Limited is seeking a Director - Fleet Care to shape and deliver the UK Fleet Care and Uptime strategy. You will lead a high-performing team to improve customer journeys, fleet service delivery, and vehicle uptime across Stellantis brands.

The role requires senior leadership experience within complex organisations, a data-led approach, and proven ability to manage large-scale transformation and stakeholder engagement at senior levels across the UK and Europe.
