Strategic Director of Health, Safety & Estates

The Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust is seeking a Director of Health, Safety and Estates to provide strategic and operational leadership across all Trust sites. This senior role is responsible for long- and short-term planning, implementation, and delivery of health and safety services across the Trust.

Key responsibilities include estates strategy leadership, compliance and risk management, maintenance programmes, budgets, and reporting to senior leaders and Trustees.
