Strategic Director, Children & Family Services

Spring North in Blackburn is seeking a senior leader to head integrated children and family services. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for EHWP+ and the development of a high quality portfolio, guiding teams, improving outcomes and ensuring safeguarding and professional standards across services.

The postholder works with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, shaping service design, partnerships and sustainable opportunities to extend Spring North's impact.
