Strategic Demand Planning Manager

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to lead accurate demand forecasts for US private label and branded beverages. You will analyze historical demand, trends, and promotions to drive actionable forecasts and mentor a high-performing team of planners.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Commercialization and Supply Chain to improve forecast reliability and support financial and production objectives, with a 24-month rolling forecast and regular KPI reviews.
