Strategic Delivery Lead for the General Secretary

GMB Union is seeking a Head of Delivery to support the General Secretary. The role provides strategic oversight, coordinates priority delivery and ensures on time, on budget outcomes across the organisation.

The successful candidate will oversee the General Secretary's office, manage staff and budgets, and work with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including Congress prep and communications.
