Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking experienced Talent Sourcing Specialists to support the Public Sector Resourcing team for the Ministry of Defence. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and leverage market insights to source, screen, and present candidates through to offer and start date.

You'll engage in proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and provide market intelligence to optimise campaigns while maintaining SLAs.
