Strategic Customer Success Manager II - UK & Ireland Growth

GoCardless in the UK is hiring a Customer Success Manager II to own a book of business across the UK & Ireland from Leeds. You will drive adoption, growth, and retention, partnering with account teams to map scope, stakeholders, risks, and execution plans.

You will collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Advocacy, and Renewal Managers to accelerate value, expand opportunities, and strengthen GoCardless as a preferred payments provider with Open Banking capabilities.
