Strategic Customer Success Manager - Identity Security

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the UK to strengthen client relationships and deliver tangible value from SailPoint's identity security platform.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to multiple accounts, focusing on retention, outcomes, and customer advocacy across complex stakeholder groups. In this role, you will coach clients on identity management and access processes, coordinate with delivery partners, and uncover upsell opportunities while
