Strategic Customer Success Lead - Global Fulfilment Ops

THG Ingenuity in Manchester is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager - Operations to own a high-visibility client account across B2B/B2C fulfilment, NPI and commercial activity, coordinating client leadership with THG teams.

You will drive governance, reporting and escalations, translate client requirements into internal actions across warehouse operations, transport, IT/integrations, ISC and commercial, and partner with executives to deliver outcomes.
