Strategic Customer Insights Director

Hearst UK is seeking a Customer Insight Director to lead end to end research across marketing, editorial, product, and commercial functions. You will personally design and deliver high quality studies using advanced methodologies, shaping decision making and driving growth opportunities across Hearst brands.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage a team, and own the insights delivery for multiple brands, balancing internal capability with external partnerships to maximize impact.
