Strategic Customer Growth Manager

Spruce is looking for a commercially-minded individual to join their team in Bristol and help enhance the heat pump installation journey. You will drive growth through relationships with installation businesses, ensuring they maximize their success and transition to heat pumps.

The role involves unlocking value within the customer base, creating an exceptional onboarding experience, and providing valuable insights for product development. A proactive and people-oriented mindset is essential, along with at least two years of relevant experience.
