Strategic CSM: Fintech & Crypto Payments Growth

Orbital is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of existing Orbital customers, driving revenue growth, retention and wallet share optimization across a global client base. You will foster strong relationships, cross-sell and upsell while ensuring high satisfaction across industries.

You will collaborate with the BDD and CS teams to implement strategies, develop Strategic Account Plans, and oversee risk management and forecasting.
