Strategic CRO BD Director - UK & Nordics

Ergomed Group is seeking a Business Development Director (Clinical Research) to lead strategic sales across the UK and Nordics. You will develop territory plans, expand accounts, identify new market opportunities and drive proposals with cross-functional teams.

You will build relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors, present capabilities, and negotiate contracts, travel as needed to meet business goals. A strong network and leadership are essential to success.
