Strategic Compliance Leader & MLRO

Mphasis UK Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent second-line oversight of the firm's regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements.

The role combines SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities with governance across the Appointed Representative network, regulatory change and consumer protection, reporting to the Managing Director and the Board.
