Strategic Commercial Property Portfolio Manager

Macdonald & Company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio around the North West. This hands-on role involves building strong relationships with tenants, clients and contractors while delivering proactive property management.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and service charges, conduct site inspections, support rent collection and reporting, and travel to sites across the region as needed.
