Strategic Commercial Manager - NEC Contracts (M25)

Connect Plus Services (CPS) seeks a Commercial Manager to lead a skilled commercial team on the M25 London Orbital project. You will act as Employer's Agent for NEC Option C contracts, manage monthly contractor assessments, and drive cost reviews, final accounts, and KPI achievement.

The role offers exposure to a high-profile infrastructure environment with complex planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements. A CSCS card and professional body membership are desirable.
