Strategic Change Manager: Drive Adoption & Transformation

UK Regulators' Network in Birmingham is seeking 3 Business Change Managers on a permanent basis to drive organisational change across our portfolio. You will develop change strategies, engage with stakeholders and ensure adoption of strategic initiatives, with a focus on embedding new ways of working.

Collaborating with leaders across functions, you will analyse impacts, design interventions, manage risks, mentor teams to build resilience, and influence decision-makers to secure successful
