Strategic Change Leader

Birmingham City University is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Change and Improvement Team to drive strategic change across the institution, including enhancements to the Student Record System.

You will plan, manage and embed the people side of change, supporting adoption strategies and working with senior stakeholders to create the conditions for successful change. This role focuses on complex programmes and organisational transformation.
