Strategic Change Lead: Regulatory Transformation

Deltra group is seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support a 15-month transformation programme in a highly regulated environment. You will shape and deliver the business change approach across people, process and technology to ensure the organisation is prepared to adopt new ways of working.

You will build trusted stakeholder relationships, coach leaders, and produce reporting and recommendations while guiding a Business Change Analyst.
