Strategic CBM Lead (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Unilever in Kingston is seeking a Customer Business Manager (approx. 12 month maternity cover) to lead UK customer relationships, manage a team of CAMs and drive strategic plans.

You will own financial performance, develop joint business plans, and collaborate with BU leads, Category Managers and Shopper Marketing to deliver growth across Food, B&W, Homecare and Personal Care. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and a proactive, commercially rigorous approach to Growth Strategy and
