Strategic Buying & Merchandising Leader

Island of Jersey is seeking a Head of Buying to lead the store's product, brand and category offer. You will drive brand development, ensure stock and margin targets, and work across teams to keep the store exciting for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial drive and data-informed decision making, with ownership of buying strategy and open-to-buy processes. Fashion retail experience and a passion for brands are essential.
