Strategic Bids & Growth Leader

Arriva Road Transport Services in Derby invites applications for Head of Commercial Bids. You will lead tender activity (RFI, RFP, ITT) and own the opportunity pipeline across the network, working with Arriva UK Trains and Arriva Group to secure contracts.

We seek a strategic leader with a track record in bid management, strong commercial judgment, and stakeholder engagement at C-suite level. This role requires travel across the network and a full-time, office-based schedule in Derby or Lacon
