Strategic Assistant City Manager - Growth, Governance & Community

Montpelier is seeking an Assistant City Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the City Manager and a core member of the leadership team. The role provides operational oversight, drives cross-department initiatives, and supports the City Plan and Strategic Plan.

It also leads public engagement and guides policy development to advance good governance and accountability. The position requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 7+ years in government, with a Master's preferred.
