Strategic Advisory Associate M&A & Valuation, London

PJT Partners is seeking an Associate for its Strategic Advisory UK team in London. You will work on evaluating, structuring and advising on M&A, restructurings and other strategic opportunities, collaborating with senior bankers on client engagements.

The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of investment banking experience with a focus on M&A, with the ability to work under pressure in a boutique environment.
