Strategic Account Partner - Customer Success & Growth

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking an Account Management Executive to join a newly established team in the public transport tech sector. You will manage a portfolio, move interactions from reactive support to proactive partnerships, and report to the Head of Account Management.

This role offers opportunities to upsell, renewals, and develop commercially within a growing international business; UK travel and occasional international travel are expected.
