Job Title: 3D Point of Sale Account Director

Role Summary

They are seeking a commercially aware Account Director to drive and manage the client relationship with a major FMCG client, ensuring delivery of their requests on time and within quality standards. This involves providing direction on innovation, value add and value engineering projects with a focus on commercial targets, leading review forums, presenting data reports, and coordinating with procurement and marketing contacts while managing a team of account managers.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for commercially driving and managing the client relationship with a major FMCG client. Act as the key contact for the client and ensure OTIF delivery. Provide direction on innovation, value add and value engineering projects. Lead regular review forums and present data reports. Liaise with procurement and marketing contacts. Manage a team to ensure timely, full delivery of projects. Develop and deliver client growth strategies to increase breadth and depth of client relationships using available services and resources. Promote understanding of client values to consistently deliver outstanding service. Drive value and gross margin growth and manage sales with all clients.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience as an Account Director and 3D Point of Sale
  • Experience leading a team in multiple locations (3 4 account managers)
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to think strategically and identify innovative opportunities
  • Ability to consistently deliver high standards of customer experience and improve service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to present to senior stakeholders
