Strata Portfolio Manager - Flexible Environment & Wellness

Bright & Duggan Group is seeking a highly organised Strata Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a strata portfolio. You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance and repairs, run strata meetings, and ensure compliance with strata legislation, working with the committee, property owners, tenants and contractors.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a strata services team.
