Stores People Partner: Lead Store Talent & People Plans

Sainsbury's is seeking a Stores People Partner to deliver the people plan across its store network. You will work with Regional leaders to ensure the right people and skills are in place, using data and trends to identify risks and drive improvements.

You will lead cyclical activities in performance, engagement and succession, coordinating with store managers and leaders to translate strategy into practical actions and measurable outcomes.
