Job Description
The Role and Responsibilities

A new permanent role has arisen at EnerMech for a Stores Coordinator to join our Stores department in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for the coordination of all stores functions including stock control, incoming and outgoing stock and materials.

  • Accurately maintain and monitor stock and stock levels, advising requirements to procurement for timely reordering.
  • Book incoming stock and materials into the ERP system, match purchase orders, check quantity, quality, and certification of incoming products.
  • Pick and issue all stock requested for workshops and business lines, including raw materials and spares, locate in designated area and update ERP system daily.
  • Advise procurement and relevant business line of any shortages against requested stock.
  • Coordinate secure packaging and marking of finished goods ready for shipping.
  • Process job returns, locate stock or excess raw material, and update ERP system.
  • Participate in periodic rolling stock counts as determined by the Stock and Materials Manager or audit requirements.
  • Investigate any stock discrepancies and raise them to the appropriate parties.
The Requirements
  • Strong stock control experience and previous experience in goods in/goods out.
  • Experience using ERP systems and other Microsoft based packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Valid forklift licence is an essential requirement for this role.
